New Albany, MS offers the charm of a small town with A+ rated schools (top 10 in the state), low unemployment (1.9%), a thriving downtown, parks, sporting venues, 42-mile biking/hiking trail, and convenient access to larger towns along the I-22 corridor. Baptist Union Countys cancer center offers 5 locations and the emergency department averages nearly 30,000 visits annually. In 2024, five physicians have joined the medical staff including three internal medicine/pediatrics, one podiatrist/surgeon, and one hematology/oncology.
