Shift Schedules & Pay:
1st Shift:
Monday – Thursday, 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed)
Starting Pay: $14.87/hr
Pay Range: $14.87 – $18.21/hr (based on experience, education, and location)
2nd Shift:
Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM (Overtime as needed)
Starting Pay: $15.17/hr
Pay Range: $15.71 – $18.51/hr (based on experience, education, and location)
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Specialists to join our growing manufacturing team in Union County, MS
. These full-time positions play a key role in the production of high-quality refrigeration units. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and able to follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Read and interpret blueprints, floor plans, and assembly instructions accurately.
Measure and mark components for assembly using appropriate tools.
Use hand and power tools to drill, cut, and fit parts as needed.
Assemble sections of walk-in refrigeration units, including locks, ramps, wood inserts, and other specialized features.
Clean and trim excess foam and ensure finished sections meet quality standards.
Apply correct labels (e.g., UL stickers, serial numbers) based on specifications.
Keep work areas clean and free of debris and foreign material.
Identify defective parts and report issues to the supervisor immediately.
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.
Strong basic math skills, including the ability to work with fractions.
Proficient in using a tape measure and interpreting measurements accurately.
Ability to read and follow technical documents and assembly plans.
Skilled in handling both hand and power tools.
Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Team-oriented with good communication skills.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle repetitive tasks.
Adherence to all workplace safety protocols and procedures.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with precision.
Must use required PPE properly (eye/ear protection, respirators, harnesses, etc.).
Availability to work 40+ hours per week, including overtime when needed.
Willingness to train across different shifts as required.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills in English.
Must maintain consistent visual, auditory, and cognitive ability to perform tasks.
Strong mechanical aptitude and assembly experience.
Excellent attendance record and stable work history.
6–12 months of direct manufacturing experience preferred.
1–2 years of general manufacturing or 3–4 years of non-manufacturing labor experience.
Familiarity with similar machinery or production environments is a plus, but not required.
