Position:
Production Associate

As a Production Associate, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process. You will also work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.

• Operate production equipment, including machines, tools, and computers, to manufacture products according to specifications
• Monitor product quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Keep accurate records of production and report any issues or concerns to the production supervisor
• Meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency
• Continuously improve production processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality control standards

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Ability to operate production equipment and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of production software
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
