CNC Setup Technician Impact Finishing

Location: New Albany, MS
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced CNC Setup Technician – Impact Finishing to join our New Albany, MS facility. This position is responsible for setting up and adjusting impact finishing machinery to ensure quality production that meets inspection and customer requirements.

• Set up impact finishing machines for production runs

• Change out tooling as required for different parts and jobs

• Adjust CNC-type equipment to meet specifications

• Read and interpret gauges and measurement tools accurately

• Follow inspection control panels and quality standards

• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections

• Troubleshoot setup and equipment issues as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all safety and company procedures

• Previous experience setting up impact finishing or similar CNC-type machinery

• Ability to change tooling and make precise machine adjustments

• Strong understanding of gauges, measurement tools, and inspection requirements

• Ability to read and follow inspection control panels and work instructions

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and ability to work independently

• Manufacturing or machining background

• CNC setup or adjustment experience

• Quality inspection experience
