Provides direct and indirect patient care in various settings, collaborating with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes. Utilizes critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate care to assess, plan, and deliver appropriate treatments while respecting patient rights and dignity. Performs general nursing duties, patient education, and prioritization of care. Demonstrates technical skills in assisting physicians and managing treatments, addressing psychosocial needs, and promoting safety.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Computer literacy required; additional certifications like ACLS/PALS preferred.
