Responsibilities- Interpret and integrate diagnostic data relevant to patient conditions.
- Collaborate with leadership and other disciplines to identify improvement opportunities and implement change.
- Guide staff during life-threatening situations and evaluate intervention outcomes.
- Implement innovative processes to enhance patient outcomes.
- Participate in clinical leadership activities such as coaching, staffing, evaluations, and performance management.
- Contribute to activities aimed at improving healthcare delivery.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure quality patient care.
- Support ongoing professional development and learning.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the current unit or a similar setting.
- RN licensure with BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS preferred.
- Computer literacy required; additional skills are preferred.
