Our team provides lawn weed control and fertilizer applications along with pest and termite control to residential, commercial and municipal customers.

Inside Sales Responsibilities
  • Guide customers over the phone to purchase the best pest control solution
  • Provide up solution services to existing clients
  • Acquire new customers by reaching out to leads via phone
  • General knowledge of product choice and application methods
  • Resolve customer complaints and questions
  • Communicate with management and sales representatives regularly
  • Maintain professional image & Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain documentation of customer contact and account updates
Minimum Qualifications of Inside Sales Representative
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Customer service, prospecting and people skills
  • Phone, email and chat communication skills
  • Persuasion, negotiation and closing skills
  • Must be available to work 40-plus hours per week
  • Maintain professional image at all times
  • Pre-employment background check, drug screen and MVR approval required
  • Base salary with emphasis on commission opportunities
