About the Role:

The 2nd Shift Freezer Loader plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate loading of frozen goods for wholesale distribution. This position is responsible for handling products in a cold storage environment, maintaining product integrity while adhering to safety and quality standards. The role requires working during the second shift to support continuous warehouse operations and meet shipping deadlines.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize loading processes and ensure timely dispatch of orders. Ultimately, this position contributes to the overall supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction by ensuring products are loaded correctly and safely.

Sunday through Thursday 12pm until finished

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a cold/freezer environment for extended periods.
• Basic physical fitness to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Availability to work the 2nd shift schedule consistently.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and procedures.

• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
• Previous experience in a freezer or cold storage warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems or warehouse management software.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Load frozen products onto trucks and pallets according to shipping schedules and order specifications.
• Operate material handling equipment safely within a freezer environment, including pallet jacks and forklifts if certified.
• Inspect products for quality and damage before loading to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Follow all safety protocols related to working in cold storage and handling frozen goods.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse supervisors and logistics personnel to coordinate loading activities.
• Document loading activities accurately and report any discrepancies or issues promptly.
