• Oversee financial reporting for 5–6 housing communities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Complete month‑end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare budgets, analyze financial data, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with operations teams to support decision‑making and improve processes.
• Serve as the Yardi expert, ensuring system accuracy and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of full‑cycle accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in Yardi and solid understanding of GAAP principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
