Construction Manager

ADB is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the day-to-day planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This role ensures that all construction activities are performed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong work ethic and an ALL IN mindset to drive results.

• Conduct on-site inspection of various construction activities, equipment, and materials to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Identify defects, deviations, or non-conforming work and report findings to project managers or quality leads
• Document inspection results, maintain logs, and provide detailed reports for management and client review
• Collaborate with project teams to implement corrective actions and verify their effectiveness
• Support quality assurance programs by providing feedback on processes, procedures, and potential improvements
• Monitor adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance during inspections
• Work with vendors and subcontractors to address quality concerns and reinforce standards
• Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate field teams and subcontractors
• Ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project requirements
• Monitor project progress and adjust resources to meet schedule demands
• Coordinate with project management, quality, and material teams to ensure alignment
• Identify and resolve field issues impacting schedule, cost, and/or quality
• Ensure proper execution of installation activities across multiple project sites
• Serves as a leader of a team and/or department, responsible for people management, production, performance, quality, training, etc.
• Drives team KPI’s to contribute to the overall department and team scorecard success
• Upholds ADB’s safety culture, leads by example, and drives a philosophy of ZERO throughout the entire organization
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed
