Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual compensation will be based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location. The hourly base pay range for this position is $15 per hour.
Work ScheduleThe potential work schedule is Monday through Friday, 11am to 5pm.

SummaryThe Carwash Attendant / Shuttle Bus Cleaner provides hospitality services to clients in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner. Car wash attendants wash, scrub and polish exteriors of vehicles, and may vacuum seats and carpets and clean interiors.
Essential Functions- Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
- Practice proper Towne Park phone etiquette. Post in designated areas when not completing tasks.

Qualifications- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Work Experience: One (1) month related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Skills: Ability to read and write standard English; read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients and other employees; perform basic arithmetic; understand 24-hour and military time systems.
- Frequently required to talk or hear; may sit or stand for extended periods; may run, walk, or move objects; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; close/distance/color vision; ability to adjust focus.
- Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds constantly to move objects.
- Most work is outdoors for extended periods; may be exposed to extreme heat or cold. Travel up to 5% may be required.
