Southeast Equipment, a leading construction equipment dealership with 20 locations across five states, is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Finance Manager to join our growing team. If you have a passion for customer service, strong financial acumen, and a track record of success in dealership-based finance, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

As a key member of our team, you'll guide customers through every step of the equipment financing process, creating a seamless and positive experience while supporting the success of our sales operations.

• Customize finance and lease options to meet customer needs
• Present and explain aftermarket products (extended warranties, maintenance plans, etc.)
• Secure financing through both captive and open‑market lenders
• Communicate lending programs and promotions to the sales team
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with lenders and sales professionals
• Ensure all financing and deal documentation is accurate and compliant
• Deliver a first‑class customer experience every time

• Proven success as a Retail Finance Manager in a dealership environment or equivalent lender experience
• Strong understanding of credit products, loan structures, and financing options
• Proficiency with Docu Sign or similar e‑signature platforms
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Professional presence, integrity, and a team‑oriented mindset

• Competitive pay range of $58,000–$75,000, commensurate with experience
