• Prepare escrow transactions for closing.
• Ensure documents are complete and signed.
• Explain provisions and procedures to clients.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and enforce adherence.
• Ensure escrow transactions are funded and balanced.
• Coordinate signing appointments.
• Prepare filing documents for recording.
• Engage in other activities and special projects as assigned.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in escrow or related title processing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail, time management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi‑task, self‑direct and work both independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance expectations.

• Notary commission.
