Talent Acquisition Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and candidate relationship management. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruiting professional to make a meaningful impact by connecting top talent with exciting career opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of roles and industries.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of tools and platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Provide a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay informed on industry trends, labor market changes, and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in an agency or high-volume environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
  • Professional certification (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting at $75,000 based on experience

Hours: Monday through Friday
