Job Description

Video conferment support knowledge and experience

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform installation and setup of new equipment as per request
- Perform troubleshooting for TV or projector display related issues
- Troubleshoot the wire connectivity “How to” and issues
- Support and resolve “How to” queries raised by conference room users.
- Troubleshoot the Audio & Video related issues that occurs in single device
- Support and resolve the issues reported for conference room related tools (e.g. click to share, sign-in device, etc.)
- Perform break-fix on broken or faulty conference room equipment / hardware
- Support & perform conference room hardware replacement / refresh process
- Support conference room equipment Inventory management by working with customer & vendor
- Perform Physical device reboots requested by engineering support team
- Co-ordination with cross support teams
- Willingness to travel to different close by sites
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Verbal and written communication
Handling VIP users
Excellent interpersonal skill
Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
