Salary: $50,000 - $55,000. Other Compensation:

ESFM is the corporate facilities management division of Compass Group USA, providing PM, ESG, and janitorial services under a self‑performance model to major clients across life sciences, technology, oil & gas, and manufacturing.

The Facilities Janitorial Manager supervises, inspects, and controls all custodial and related services for assigned contracts, ensuring client expectations are met and schedules are maintained.

• Allocate work responsibilities among subordinates.
• Supervise and coordinate work activities of assigned areas, including common areas, service hallways, and food court.
• Understand contract requirements and create schedules to maintain proper staffing levels.
• Approve vacation time, overtime, and timecards; train custodians on equipment.
• Motivate, discipline, and evaluate staff.

• Consult with customer management representatives on service matters.
• Resolve client concerns and conduct inspections for job performance.
• Meet periodically with subordinates to review service status and correct deficiencies; monitor supply inventory.
• Ensure equipment is in working condition; perform hands‑on cleaning if required.

• Strong organizational, planning, and follow‑through skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• 5‑10 years of recent supervisory experience with custodial staff in large facilities.
• Hands‑on knowledge of nightly and daytime facility cleaning; available weekdays, evenings, weekends, and on‑call for emergencies.
• High school education or equivalent preferred; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must pass a background check, including criminal history.
