Area Retail Sales Manager – $20,000 Sign‑On Bonus!
This role is an onsite position based in Columbus, OH and requires relocation to one of our Ohio markets to be eligible for the $20,000 sign‑on bonus.
Base Pay Range$75,000.00/yr – $/yr

We are seeking a General Manager to lead and oversee the operations and sales of our luxury apartment communities in Columbus, OH. This role is ideal for high‑performing leaders from any industry who have a proven track record of driving sales, leading teams, and delivering measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead operations, sales, and overall performance of a luxury apartment community.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales leadership and business development strategies.
- Coach, train, and develop top‑performing associates with a strong focus on career growth and mentorship.
- Ensure accountability across all aspects of operations, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and operational standards.
- Create and sustain a competitive, high‑energy environment that motivates associates to consistently exceed expectations.

- Proven success in managing operations and sales in industries such as retail, restaurants, hospitality, or fitness.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance and grow business results.

- Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
