Production Associate, Second Shift

Location: New Albany

Reports to: Crew Leaders

Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:30pm - 11:30 pm

Pay: $14.50/hour

The Racker Team Memberis responsible for affixing small aluminum parts onto titanium metal anodizing racks. This position also includes basic visual inspection of parts ensuring quality specifications are met.

• Works within close proximity of others
• Lifts and carries boxes of parts weighing up to 25 pounds
• Identifies part imperfections according to quality specifications
• Differentiates between different sizes, shapes and styles of parts
• Fulfills the requirements of each position on the racking line including lead racker, buffer-racker, wheel and autoload racking positions during shift.
• Builds boxes for finished goods as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Ability toread, write, and communicate effectively as it relates to the job and safety regulations
• Ability to use both hands to pick-up and manipulate small parts simultaneously
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, sometimes on short notice or on weekends
• Capable of standing for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Can successfully work in a team environment
• Willing to take direction from others
