Material Handler, Second Shift

Position: Material Handler

Location: New Albany, Ohio

Reports to: Production Manager

Shift: Second Shift: Monday – Friday, 1:45pm – 10:00pm

Pay: $15.50/hour

• Check and maintain stock levels of metal, plastic and packaging materials at each machine to keep the machine stocked
• Move finished goods parts to the warehouse staging area and place on correct skid in the proper stacking pattern per the Job Card
• Check Job Card on the machine to assure what materials are needed for each machine
• Break down empty boxes and take to compacter at shift end or as needed
• Move finished goods pallets to the shipping dock as required when skid is full or at job change

• Ability to work at a fast pace, and stand/walk for the majority of the shift
• Work overtime as needed to fulfill the production demands of our customers
• Lift 50 lbs. and boxes overhead
• Good communication, organization, and record keeping skills
