Production Manager
KDC-ONE Columbus is seeking a Compo under Supervisor to oversee a Mixing & Batching team in the Columbus facility. You will assist the Compounding Manager in planning, directing and controlling all compounding functions to manufacture bulk products per SOPs and work instructions.
You will lead, coach and develop staff, manage deviations in SAP and IPCs, coordinate schedules with other departments and ensure compliance with FDA GMPs and OSHA safety requirements in a fast paced, on-site environment.
