Schedule: Full-Time | 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

You are a dedicated and skilled RN / LPN with a passion for delivering comprehensive nursing care. You excel at clinical decision-making, communicate effectively with residents and families, and work collaboratively with fellow caregivers to support residents in long‑term care or skilled nursing settings.

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans;
• Administer medications and perform clinical treatments as needed;
• Monitor resident health and respond to changes in condition;
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and families;
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation;
• Foster a respectful and supportive environment for residents and staff.

• Valid Ohio RN / LPN license;
• High School Diploma or equivalent;
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English;
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion;
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check;
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
