Schedule: Part‑Time | 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM every Wednesday

You are a dedicated and compassionate nurse who values teamwork and resident‑centered care. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and work collaboratively with team members in assisted living and memory care settings. Your professional demeanor and calm presence help create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.

• Provide high‑quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident needs.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered.
• Supervise and support care staff and collaborate on resident care plans.
• Monitor changes in residents’ conditions and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control procedures.
• Document all care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.

• Valid Ohio LPN license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Professional who understands how to approach others respectfully and reacts well under pressure.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
