Join Lifestyle Communities as a Groundskeeper and help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of one of our luxury apartment communities in New Albany, OH.

Location: New Albany, OH

Employment type: Full-time

• Remove debris from clubhouse, pool, fitness center, driveways, and other common residential areas to ensure property grounds remain clean.
• Perform necessary landscaping tasks such as tending to green spaces, weeding, mulching, sweeping, and power washing stairwells and other common areas.
• Shovel snow on walkways during inclement weather.
• Maintain cleanliness of pet waste stations and perform pet waste removal, trash removal, or trash compaction as needed.
• Open pools daily and arrange pool furniture properly in season.
• Attend scheduled work shifts at an assigned location on a daily basis.

• High School degree
• Previous maintenance, grounds, or landscaping experience
• Ability to operate and maintain tools and equipment while adhering to all required safety standards
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license and ability to operate company equipment, including golf carts and maintenance vehicles
