New Albany Country Club is currently accepting applications for our seasonal grounds crew with the opportunity for year‑round employment.
This is a perfect job for someone who enjoys being outside, loves the game of golf and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty.
We provide uniforms, free employee meals, and allow you to play golf on our course.
Job Purpose:Performs routine manual labor involved in the upkeep of the grounds. Under supervision, may be required to do semi‑skilled grounds work. Operate small, hand‑held power equipment; perform work with larger equipment such as tractors and medium‑sized ride‑on turf mowing equipment.
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Job Responsibilities:Skills:
- Knowledge of the methods and materials used in maintaining grounds and landscaped environments.
- Working knowledge of and safely use hand and power tools and specialized turf mowing equipment.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
Education
HS Diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
