Entry-Level Cable Technician – Career Change Opportunity!

Location: New Albany, OH (On-site)

Start Date: December 29, 2025

Schedule: Monday-Saturday

• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• (Plenty of overtime available!)

• Pull and install cabling in new construction environments.
• Learn to perform terminations, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Work with a team to build cutting-edge data centers.
• Follow safety and quality standards every day.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Interest in technology, construction, or hands‑on work.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must pass drug test and BGC.

• Competitive Pay: $20-$23/hour + Overtime
• Contract-to-Hire: 4 months with potential for full-time

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, OH.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $30.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
