Site Services Installation Technician – Construction Site

We are searching for an experienced Local Installer in New Albany, Ohio to join our team at Subzero Engineering. This role involves working on active construction sites installing Hot and Cold Aisle Containment in Mission Critical Environments.

We are looking for Site Services Installation Technicians to join our team at Subzero Engineering, installing Hot and Cold Aisle Containment in data centers and mission-critical construction environments. Construction experience is preferred, but any hands‑on mechanical or installation experience will be considered.

• Work on active construction sites installing hot and cold aisle containment systems.
• Travel to project sites based on location.
• Maintain valid travel identification documents.
• Manage and submit expense reports.
• Perform basic construction tasks such as measuring, drilling, and assembling components.
• Follow multi‑step instructions and stay on task.
• Troubleshoot installation issues with the Installation Lead.
• Represent the company professionally on job sites.
• Follow customer regulations when working in classified or secured areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Complete OSHA 10 & 30‑hour training (provided by the company).

• Construction experience preferred; hands‑on mechanical, installation, or assembly experience will be considered.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Team‑oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Physically capable of bending, lifting, crawling, kneeling, twisting, reaching, and working in confined spaces.
• Ability to adapt in fast‑paced job site environments.
• Strong commitment to client and business confidentiality.
