OBJECTIVE:
Team Members are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire. They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire. Team Members perform many tasks with families and peers throughout the park to ensure guests have an excellent and safe time.

• Attending customers as quickly as possible, greeting them accordingly, and making them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the park.
• Operating the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver and collect guest information (address, name, email, phone) using an iPad.
• Operating the front cash counter: handling transactions, registering amounts, processing payments by cash or card, and providing exact change if paid with cash.
• Verifying and processing billing transactions accurately by cross-checking the amount on the POS.
• Organizing the refrigerator with drinks, snacks, chips and ice cream; monitoring snack inventory and coordinating with management to reorder from specified vendors.
• Walking the floor to monitor for unsafe hazards and ensure guests follow park rules and guidelines.
• Cleaning restrooms and sanitizing all park structures (tables, chairs, playground structures).
• Assisting and participating in family events and ensuring events operate efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly.
• Frequent bilateral hand movements and good finger dexterity.
• Must be able to work in noisy environments created by guests, such as children yelling and music.
• Must be able to tolerate a hectic and busy work environment during scheduled hours.
• Must be comfortable with heights and tight spaces.

• Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with children.
• Operate an iPad.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Read and write in English.
