Clinical Therapist LLPC, LPC

Harbor Oaks Hospital seeks a dedicated, compassionate, and bold Therapist to join our clinical team and bring hope to those navigating mental health and substance use challenges.

  • Hourly Rate: $26.00 - $35.00 (based on experience and licensure level)

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to uncover each patient’s unique needs.
  • Create and guide individualized, trauma‑informed treatment plans.
  • Support families during challenging times and facilitate discharge planning.
  • Collaborate with, nurses, therapists, and behavioral health techs to provide multidisciplinary care.
  • Lead engaging group sessions that educate, motivate, and empower patients.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related therapeutic field (new graduates welcome).
  • LPC or LLPC licensure (limited license accepted; growth support provided).
  • Empathy, resilience, strong ethical compass, and a calm voice in crisis.
  • Experience providing crisis intervention and family support.
  • Ability to manage a caseload and maintain accurate documentation.
Essential Functions
  • Assess patients psychosocially and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention and facilitate family education.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
  • Coordinate patient cases, anticipate needs related to illness, finances, education, and community services.
  • Maintain chart documentation to ensure compliance with facility and accreditation standards.
Licenses, Designations, and Certifications
  • State licensure – LPC or LLPC.
  • CPR and de‑escalation/restraint certification required.
  • First aid may be required based on state or facility guidelines.
