University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our clients in Chesterfield Township, MI. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others maintain their independence and improve their quality of life in a supportive and respectful environment.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance overall well-being.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands to ensure a safe and clean living environment.
• Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition or needs to supervisory staff.
• Follow personalized care plans to meet individual client needs.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all agency policies and procedures.

• Previous experience in personal care or home health care is a plus but not required.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to clients’ unique needs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and provide references.
