General Labor Wages:

• Starting Rate $16.00 per hour
• Afternoon and Midnight shifts will receive an additional $1.00 per hour shift premium
• Base Wage will be reviewed after 90 Days of employment
• Overtime may be required

General Labor (Production Press Operator) Job Description:

• Learn basic operation of 150-1600 ton stamping presses
• Pack parts according to packing instructions
• Visually inspect parts
• Assist with die setup and removal
• Assist with coil changes
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

General Labor (Production Weld Cell Operator) Job Description:

• Load/Unload metal parts onto weld fixture/feeders
• Pack parts according to packing instructions
• Visually inspect parts
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Forklift experience a plus

General Labor Requirements:

• Must be dependable and motivated
• Must have reliable transportation (Smart Bus Pass available for qualified employees)
• Must have excellent attendance.
