We’re seeking a hands‑on, detail‑driven technician to diagnose, disassemble, clean, and prepare hydraulic pumps, motors, and cylinders for repair and rebuild. You’ll ensure components are thoroughly inspected, accurately documented, and properly prepared for reassembly, supporting our high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

• Disassemble pumps, motors, controls, and subassemblies.
• Inspect all parts for conformance to specifications.
• Prepare written documentation of work to be performed including bill of materials, stock in report, purchase requisition, and computer documentation sheet.
• Assemble pumps, motors, valves, controls, and subassemblies using required parts and components in a cost‑effective manner to conform to installation and performance specifications of original manufacture.
• Mount, couple or connect as required to test conformance of performance to original manufacture specifications.
• Build and rebuild hydraulic power units and hydraulic, lubrication and pneumatic components for high‑precision metal cutting machines.

• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Preferred experience with hydraulic components.
• Preferred experience with micrometers and caliper measuring tools.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and other instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

• Regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Occasionally required to sit, climb or balance.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 25 lbs., consistently with heavier weight required at times.
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

• Safety glasses required and steel‑toed work boots required.
• Other PPE equipment as required.
