Mac Lean-Fogg is hiring a Cold Heading Operator Trainee for our Chesterfield, MI facility. You will learn cold heading operations, perform machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting while supporting safe, efficient production and quality checks.
In this role, you will rotate from 1st shift to 2nd shift after training, with pay between $18 and $20 per hour and a shift differential for the 2nd shift. Overtime is occasional. This full-time, on-site position includes comprehensive benefits.
