Job DescriptionCreate an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Achieve sales and profit goals for the department while monitoring and controlling quality assurance standards. Direct and supervise all functions of the Fuel department and support day‑to‑day operations. Responsibilities- Assist store management in preparing the store/department budget, reviewing profit and loss, and act on financial reports.
- Participate in inventory processes and maintain awareness of inventory/stocking conditions.
- Train associates on inventory/stocking and Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO).
- Document fuel delivery and inventory, and process fuel, merchandise, and lottery sales accurately.
- Follow opening and closing procedures for the Fuel center and maintain till in accordance with company policy.
- Perform cashier functions, including opening/closing registers, ringing sales, completing tender transactions, and managing money drops.
- Comply with safety procedures, identify unsafe conditions, and report safety risks, incidents, and security matters.
- Maintain state, local, and company compliance reports and logs.
- Clean spills, complete Fuel Spill Reports, and maintain emergency plans knowledge.
- Assist in preventive maintenance of equipment, report needed repairs.
- Stock and inventory merchandise in kiosks and maintain kiosk and equipment cleanliness.
- Must perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations.
- Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
- High school diploma or GED.
- Any fuel experience.
