FUEL CENTER​/LEAD CLERK

Direct and supervise all functions of the Fuel department and support day‑to‑day operations. • Assist store management in preparing the store/department budget, reviewing profit and loss, and act on financial reports.
• Participate in inventory processes and maintain awareness of inventory/stocking conditions.
• Train associates on inventory/stocking and Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO).
• Document fuel delivery and inventory, and process fuel, merchandise, and lottery sales accurately.
• Follow opening and closing procedures for the Fuel center and maintain till in accordance with company policy.
• Perform cashier functions, including opening/closing registers, ringing sales, completing tender transactions, and managing money drops.
• Comply with safety procedures, identify unsafe conditions, and report safety risks, incidents, and security matters.
• Maintain state, local, and company compliance reports and logs.
• Clean spills, complete Fuel Spill Reports, and maintain emergency plans knowledge.
• Assist in preventive maintenance of equipment, report needed repairs.
• Stock and inventory merchandise in kiosks and maintain kiosk and equipment cleanliness.
• Must perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

• High school diploma or GED.
• Any fuel experience.
