The Administrative Support role will perform various administrative functions assigned in accordance with the office procedures of the clinic. Responsibilities may include answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing.
Job Responsibilities- Perform general administrative tasks assigned in accordance with the office procedures of the clinic.
- Operate the front desk duties during peak hours or when the primary staff member is unavailable.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including organizing, filing, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR) accurately and securely.
- Utilize state portals to complete grant‑funded billing for three clinics.
- Create and manage spreadsheets for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Calculated Salary Range for the role: $21.00 – $21.00 per hour.
This position is funded through a grant and is contingent upon continued grant funding. Employment in this role is subject to the terms and conditions of the grant, and the position may be modified or discontinued based on funding availability. While we strive for long‑term stability, candidates should be aware that grant‑funded positions are subject to renewal and continuation of funding.

Education, Skills, and Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Comfortable working in an opioid treatment program (OTP) / recovery environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other computer applications.
- Experience with electronic health records systems and state compliance portals.
- Skilled in answering phones, greeting patients, and providing front‑desk support.
- Experience with billing processes, patient check‑in, and appointment scheduling.
- Familiarity with office equipment and general clerical duties (scanning, faxing, filing).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Professional and courteous communication skills (in person, by phone, and in writing).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations.
- Dependable, team‑oriented mindset with a focus on supporting clinical staff and patients.
