, we’re a trusted Mass Save partner helping homeowners and builders achieve major energy savings through expert audits, insulation, air sealing, heat pumps, windows, roofing, and HERS ratings. We handle the entire process in-house—from no-cost inspections to professional installations—so our customers see real results. 🚀

We’re looking for an experienced Energy Auditor & Efficiency Specialist (think Qualified Field Inspector level) who already understands the house as a system and wants to work independently in the field.

What you’ll do ✅

• Perform comprehensive home energy audits, including blower door and duct blaster testing 💨
• Conduct framing inspections and diagnostic evaluations for new high-performance homes 🏗️
• Identify air leakage, insulation gaps, and efficiency opportunities using tools like manometers, infrared cameras, and pressure diagnostics 📊
• Educate homeowners on findings and recommend practical, cost-effective improvements (backed by Mass Save incentives) 🗣️
• Collaborate with our installation crews to ensure audit recommendations are implemented accurately 🤝
• Maintain detailed reports and documentation for program compliance and customer records 📑
• Have hands‑on experience with blower door/duct blaster testing and energy auditing
• Know the difference between Grade I and Grade III insulation (and why it matters!) ❄️
• Have run a manometer or performed pressure diagnostics before
• Hold (or are willing to obtain) relevant certifications such as BPI Building Analyst, Energy Auditor, or HERS Rater 🎖️
• Enjoy independent fieldwork with local travel across the South Coast region (New Bedford, Fall River, Dartmouth, Fairhaven, etc.) 🚗
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Value technical accuracy and take pride in helping families save energy and money 💰
