Pre-Assembly M&E Supervisor

Optimum Wind Services specializes in delivering safe, efficient, high-quality services to the wind energy industry. Our services extend to various industry niches, requiring skilled technicians, ensuring versatility and innovation in our offerings. Optimum encompasses two divisions: Optimum Wind Services (including Optimum Rope Access), which delivers project execution, and Optimum Academy, which provides the highest standard of comprehensive training for rope access professionals and wind energy technicians.

We are certified by the Global Wind Organization (GWO) and the Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians and conduct training at our home base in Amarillo, TX, at partner facilities, and customer sites nationwide.

Hours: 40+ hours per week, including overtime (subject to change)

The Pre-Assembly M&E Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the M&E scope of work, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role is critical in ensuring all mechanical and electrical connections are completed efficiently before the commissioning phase of the wind turbine.
