Are you a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Sacred Heart Home in New Bedford, MA and other Dioses Catholic communities is seeking its next employee‑owner team member.

Role

This is a PRN role that can cover our retirement communities in the area – all are the Catholic Dioses communities:

  • Catholic Memorial Home – Fall River
  • Sacred Heart – New Bedford
  • Our Lady of Fairhaven – Fairhaven
  • Marian Manor – Taunton
  • Madonna Manor – North Attleboro
Responsibilities
  • Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement clinical and educational SLP programs.
  • Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
  • Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists. Must hold CCC®.
  • Valid state license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • At least 1 year of acute care, long‑term care and/or rehabilitation experience required.
  • Proficient in Nethealth a plus.
