JOB SUMMARY
The Heat Seal Press Operator level 1 is responsible for transferring heat applied decorations to product while maintaining a high level of quality and production.
SCHEDULE- 3:30 pm – 12:00 am Monday – Friday with Overtime (during the week) as required.
The hourly pay range reflects the actual compensation that Ahead, LLC; the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire. The final offer will be determined by a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.

- Verifying products and components are correct for order.
- Prepare products for production.
- Prepare heat press for production.
- Ensure excellent quality for decorations/products produced.
- Ability to read instructions in English.
- Possess a positive attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess initiative, energy, and drive.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to perform quality control.
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers and management.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to move around the facility.
- Ability to move, reach, kneel and crouch.
- Ability to use hands, fingers, and arms to touch, handle, pinch, or grasp.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed.
- Exposure to moderate noise level.
- Close vision
- Color vision
- Ability to adjust focus.
- Closed toe footwear is required when entering the Production Floor.
