Metal forming Machine Operator – 2nd Shift (4:00PM–12:00AM, Monday–Friday)

Join Atkore as a Metal forming Machine Operator. Compensation is $23.81 /hr plus a $1.00/hr shift differential. Earn up to a $1,000 bonus ($500 after 90 days and $500 after 6 months).

We are looking for 2nd‑shift operators to report to the shift supervisor. The operator will run metal‑forming machines, performing setup, operation, inspection, and adjustments. Additional responsibilities include routine set‑ups, following processes, completing paperwork, and maintaining a clean workplace.

• Read and comprehend production Standard Work and Job Function Analysis (JFA)
• Ensure production materials are available
• Operate and observe machinery during production
• Identify acceptable or unacceptable product quality to meet customer requirements and quality standards
• Collaborate with co‑workers, supervisors, and managers to achieve productivity and site goals
• Adhere to all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environment (preferred)
• Ability to work in noisy, odorous, and/or extreme temperature environments
• Basic math skills required
• Capacity to lift up to 70 lbs
• Ability to push, pull, bend, sit, and stand without assistance
• Good attendance and strong work ethic
• Proficiency in receiving and carrying out verbal and written instructions in English
