About the Role
We’re looking for a talented RN for our Med/Surg‑Neuro department e’s Hospital in New Bedford, MA. This 36‑bed medical‑surgical unit specializes in neurology, neurosurgery and Level‑2 trauma, with telemetry monitoring for up to 26 patients.
Hours & Shift36 hours per week, day/evening shift 7:00 am – 7:30 pm with weekend and holiday rotation.
Sign‑On Bonus- $12,000 for 3+ years RN experience
- $10,000 for 1‑3 years RN experience
- $7,500 for less than 1 year RN experience

Under direction of the manager or designee, perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and providing leadership by working cooperatively with nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice within the unit. Provide age‑appropriate care.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent is required.
- Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
- BLS certification is required.
- Three (3) months experience preferred.
- Step‑down training within 3 months of hire.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID‑19, or be exempt by signed statement for medical or personal reasons.
Pay range: USD 40.74 – 74.81 /hr. Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
