Life Stream in Massachusetts is seeking a Lead LPN to oversee day-to-day nursing care in assigned homes and support clinical operations. The role reports to the Residential RN Coordinator and focuses on coordinating health care, maintaining charts, and serving as a clinical resource for staff.
Starting pay is $37/hour with a 40-hour schedule (Monday–Friday plus varying shifts). A $3,000 sign-on bonus is paid at 60, 120, and 180 days.
