Compensation Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance, or premiums.
Essential Job Functions- Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom, overseeing team member execution of customer service programs (e.g., Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
- Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
- Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner, contacting customers upon shipment arrival as needed.
- Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure, utilizing electronic outside purchase order ledger.
- Process retail customer returns and exchanges accurately, issuing refunds using the correct payment methods, and staging returned merchandise in the returns area.
- Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
- Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks.
- Ensure team members adhere to the posted work schedule, with approved changes and clock‑in/out per company policy.
- Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day‑end procedures, verifying/securing money, preparing bank deposits, and ensuring security systems are activated and secured.
- All other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
- Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
- ASE Certification.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
