Compensation Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include annual, quarterly performance, or premiums.

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom, overseeing team member execution of customer service programs (e.g., Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders in a timely manner, contacting customers upon shipment arrival as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure, utilizing electronic outside purchase order ledger.
• Process retail customer returns and exchanges accurately, issuing refunds using the correct payment methods, and staging returned merchandise in the returns area.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks.
• Ensure team members adhere to the posted work schedule, with approved changes and clock‑in/out per company policy.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day‑end procedures, verifying/s​ecuring money, preparing bank deposits, and ensuring security systems are activated and secured.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
