We want you to earn unlimited commissions while working in a fun, fast‑paced environment. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available.

Job OverviewRetail Sales Representatives (RSR) are members of a Retail Team of Experts who bring the T‑Mobile brand to life as brand ambassadors. They build energy and excitement around our products and services, thriving in a fast‑paced environment where technology, customer needs, and the Retail experience evolve continuously. They connect with customers, build new relationships, and deepen existing ones. They uncover customer needs and passionately educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions.
New associates complete comprehensive training and learn essential skills and proficiencies.
- Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in‑store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology.
- Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the basic device and plan.
- Approach service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion.
- Use digital tools effectively to demonstrate coverage, unlimited features, and product benefits.
- Complete all T‑Mobile in‑store training and become proficient with systems and resources.
- Seek information continuously, learn about new innovations, and use time on shift productively.
- Collaborate with T‑Mobile employees across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues.
- Identify and hand off small business leads.
- Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.
- Customer advocate with the desire to be authentic and have fun.
- Competitive drive and proven success in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Willingness to learn, share ideas, and collaborate with peers and store leaders.
- Ability to balance customer needs and performance goals.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.
- Competitive base pay plus commission (starting at $15/hour)
