Cashier‑Retail – St. Luke’s Hospital, New Bedford, MA

Hours: 16 hrs

Shift: Day/Evening shift with every other weekend and holiday rotation; 5:30 am – 2:00 pm, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, and 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Location: St. Luke’s Hospital – New Bedford, MA

Sign‑On Bonus: $400 (eligible for rehires >1 year)

Compensation: USD $16.47 – $23.41 per hour

• Setup and operate cashier stations in the Retail areas of the Food & Nutrition Department
• Safely clean and sanitize stations, equipment, and food surfaces following procedures
• Ensure all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated before storage or sale
• Use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned

• Ability to follow written instructions
• Experience with proper food safety and sanitary procedures preferred
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID‑19, or exempt by signing a statement
