HVAC Service Tech – American Residential Services (ARS)

The role is full‑time, year‑round work effective January 2026, with no on‑call and dispatched from home.

Base pay: $40.00/hr – $50.00/hr with incentives and a sign‑on bonus up to $5,000.00. Annual earnings potential $100K+ based on performance.

Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA certification
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment
