Kennedy-Donovan Center (KDC) is seeking an Adult Foster Care Case Manager to provide home- and community-based support for adults with developmental disabilities and complex needs.
This full-time role coordinates ICPs and ISPs, partners with families and providers, and maintains compliant documentation. Expect 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, 8 am–4 pm, with a strong focus on person-centered care and teamwork.
