Role Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for the sales support related tasks in Motion System Drives in New Berlin, Wisconsin, ensuring superior customer experience during quotation phase of renewables parts, products, and services. You will report to the Inside Sales Manager of System Drives in the United States.
Work model: Hybrid;
New Berlin, WI area. This role contributes to the Motion High‑Power Division.
- Provide customers with timely and accurate pricing to products and service offerings that ABB Motion System Drives Renewables product group offers, including, but not limited to, non‑catalog service items, recommended spare part lists, special item pricing or third‑party sourcing.
- Provide customer guidance and instruction, by maintaining customer relationships and escalating identified customer issues.
- Develop work instructions and guidelines.
- Continuously improve and automate the way (efficiency and accuracy) we offer.

Qualifications- Requires a bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline plus 5 years of experience OR a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
- Preferred experience in a STEM‑related field.
- Detail oriented, strong analytical, communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with sales tools and processes.
- Travel from 10‑20% required.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that permits them to work for ABB in the U.S.
