This position reports to:

Portfolio Manager - U.S. BL__As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience through various projects. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your skills by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is onsite/hybrid in New Berlin, Wisconsin.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Analyze, improve, and enhance existing product management reports and dashboards to increase data accuracy, usability, and actionable insights.

Consolidate reporting tools and datasets into a streamlined, user-friendly environment that enables product managers to efficiently access and interpret key business metrics.

Develop clear process documentation, user guides, and training materials to support product managers in leveraging reporting and analytics resources effectively.

Partner closely with the Product Management team to identify reporting needs, optimize workflows, and support data-driven decision-making.

Provide execution and project support for ongoing analytics and reporting initiatives, helping the team deliver key priorities amid competing business demands.

Work directly with the hiring manager and key stakeholders to implement reporting enhancements, maintain data quality, and drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications for the role:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business Analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Science, or a related field. Students pursuing degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, or other business-related disciplines with a strong interest in data analytics are also encouraged to apply. Must be enrolled in an accredited institution in the United States.

Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.

Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.

Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality.

Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.
