We are partnered with a well-known electrical contractor seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in commercial and industrial electrical construction to lead large-scale projects across the country.
This is a full-time travel position supporting major electrical construction projects in markets including data centers, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, government, and sports & entertainment.
What You’ll Do- Lead electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, vendors, and field operations
- Coordinate closely with clients, owners, general contractors, engineers, and project teams
- Oversee project financial performance, change orders, forecasting, and cost control
- Provide leadership throughout project execution and maintain accountability for schedule, budget, and quality
- Support project planning, constructability reviews, procurement, and project closeout
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- 7+ years of electrical construction project management experience
- Experience managing $20M+ electrical scopes
- Strong commercial and industrial electrical construction background
- Experience with large, complex projects such as:
- Advanced manufacturing
- Sports & entertainment
- Strong understanding of electrical construction processes, scheduling, procurement, and project financials
- Ability to lead projects and coordinate effectively with field teams, clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively on a full-time basis
Candidates currently based in New Mexico, Nevada, Colorado, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, or Arkansas are preferred.
