The Process Engineering Lead oversees a team of process engineers and document specialists, ensuring consistent execution, standardization, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for mentoring and training team members, driving process effectiveness, and aligning engineering practices with strategic production goals. The Process Engineering Lead plays a key role in maintaining high‑performance production lines, integrating new products, and ensuring quality and capacity targets are met.

Work Model: Onsite. The role is a contribution to the Smart Process Design Team in New Berlin, WI, reporting to the Smart Process Design Manager.

• Leading and supporting a team of process engineers and document specialists
• Ensuring standardization of manufacturing processes, documentation, and best practices for both current and new products
• Overseeing training, development, and technical support for process engineering staff
• Monitoring and improving overall line performance, balance, and capacity while ensuring effective execution of PFMEA, CTQs, and quality initiatives

You will lead a high‑performing team of Process Engineers as part of a larger Smart Process Design Team.

• You are immersed in modern manufacturing process and strategic engineering practices
• Ability to demonstrate your experience with 7+ years in Manufacturing & Leadership
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of lean manufacturing, process standardization, line balance & capacity, PFMEA, and quality initiatives
• You are passionate about driving change through innovation and collaboration
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing or Process Engineering
• You are at ease communicating in and leading a team environment
• You are an American citizen or currently hold a US VISA / work permit
